This week on our Sisterhood Series we’re featuring Dr. Jeanette Davis, also known as Dr. Ocean, a Marine Microbiologist and ocean policy advisor who advocates for the ocean which in turn helps people. Dr. Davis is also a best selling children’s book author, her books introduce kids to the sciences as well as how to protect our oceans. Jeanette’s sisterhood shoutout is Kelley Bonner who is a Burnout Expert and host of the Black Girl Burnout Podcast. Kelley has been extremely inspirational in Jeanette’s life.
