Every 30 days we’ll ship you a new pair of earrings. You’re in total control; cancel your Earring Club membership at any time or skip a month for any reason. Easily manage all your membership details online, any time. You can also call us and we’ll manage it for you!
The month to month subscription plan for $30.00 per month plus $5.00 shipping fee. This automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel the subscription. You can cancel your subscription before your renewal date which you may do by logging into your sorrelli.com account (sorrelli.com/account) or by contacting us at email@example.com or via telephone, toll-free, at 877.659.4374.
All Sorrelli jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Promise. We cannot offer our normal return policy for the subscription program. All sales are final. Please contact our customer service team if there are any issues with your subscription box.
Your subscription will be sent on your anniversary date each month. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of a given month, your next subscription will be sent on the 15th each month after that until you cancel or modify your subscription. If you need to pause your subscription at any time, that can easily be done on your Sorrelli profile or by contacting customer service which you may do by logging into your sorrelli.com account (sorrelli.com/account) or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone, toll-free, at 877.659.4374.
Yes, you can manage your own subscription at any time by logging into your Sorrelli account and click the “View & Edit Subscription” button or you can contact our customer service team who can assist with managing your subscription.
