Retail Keyholder

Description

The Retail Keyholder is responsible for performing the daily operating functions of the Sorrelli Stores. The success in this position is in providing support in exceptional sales, customer service, store operations, inventory control and employee support, all allowing Sorrelli Retail locations to reach and exceed sales goals. The Retail Keyholder will work closely with Retail Management in implementing and executing selling activities, operating processes and procedures that foster sustained growth and success in Sorrelli Stores.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire a positive work environment.
  • Opens and closes store locations when management is not present.
  • Express pride in work and a passion for the business and its products.
  • Supervise staff to complete operational functions and achieve sales goals in the absence of store management with proper planning and urgency.
  • Remain current on all company policies and ensures that all policies, standards and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
  • Become a "Sorrelli Product Expert" to provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain and implement a client focused culture, stimulate business and sales through maximizing skill set and talent of sales staff.
  • Assist Store Management with staff orientation, training, coaching and professional development.
  • Lead by example and ensure each customer gets affirmative brand experience.
  • Proactively seek out networking and community service opportunities.
  • Develop relations with customers and community for long term growth in business.
  • Understanding of basic store financials; plans, goals, forecasts and basic reporting requirements.
  • Assist with inventory management, initiate replenishment requests and coordinate receiving of inventory with headquarters and store staff.
  • Assist Store Management to proactively solve issues that reduce the store’s level of service, productivity and effectiveness.
  • Exercise judgment independently and in conjunction with the Store Manager to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Assist Store Management with in-store merchandising. Ensure entire presentation and merchandise display is brand right, impactful, focuses customer and maximizes revenues.
  • Comply with company brand standards including cleanliness of floor sets, marketing, sales promotions and signage.
  • Assist Store Management with the planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of in-store events.
  • Stays current and up-to-date on all store systems.
  • Additional activities, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years retail experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Scheduling flexibility is required- with the ability to work during morning, evenings and weekend hours.
  • Demonstrated competency in sales, products and service.
  • Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
  • Analytical skills a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling ability to work effectively in groups.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think creatively and react with flexibility.
  • Ability to multi-task; possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment; comfortable with change.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Travel required.

Retail Sales Associate

Description

The Sorrelli Retail Team strives to offer each and every customer the highest level of service, respect, quality, and a second to none product offering. The ideal Sales Associate will be a self-motivated person. Their primary responsibility will be to sell Sorrelli jewelry in order to achieve personal and organizational sales goals and provide the ultimate Sorrelli experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry for their desired look
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude, lead by example
  • Establish relationships with customers through personal greetings and clienteling activities
  • Stay up to date on current trends and product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer
  • Perform daily tasks including inventory maintenance, merchandising, markdowns and light cleaning
  • Maintain the aesthetic of the store by completing daily tasks
