Handcrafted sparkle for over 40 years. Made to be worn, loved, and lived in.
Effective January 1, 2026
At Sorrelli, we believe jewelry should last for years, and we mean it. For over 4 decades, we’ve been handcrafting pieces meant to be worn, loved, and repaired when needed. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just genuine craftsmanship using multi-faceted crystals, semi-precious stones sourced globally, and high-quality jeweler’s brass finished in signature tones.
We don’t chase trends. We stand behind timeless quality. That’s why every piece is backed by the Sorrelli Promise.
If something goes wrong through normal wear, we’re here to help make it wearable again. While we always aim to restore your piece as closely as possible to its original condition, some signs of repair may remain.
Below is a breakdown of what’s covered, what has limited coverage, and what falls outside the Sorrelli Promise.
We cover the most common signs of everyday wear:
These repairs are complimentary.
A $15 processing fee per repair applies to help cover return shipping and handling.
Some materials naturally wear faster. These services are covered for a limited period, after which paid repair options may be available.
Please note:
Our Sorrelli Promise is a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or conditions outside normal wear. This includes:

Starting July 15, 2025, we’ll only accept repair requests submitted directly by you (not through retailers). It helps us communicate better and get your jewelry back to you faster.
Here’s how to get started:
We use proof of purchase to determine if your limited-time coverage still applies. Don’t have one? No worries—we’ll still take care of your piece, but time-based services will be billed accordingly.
Accepted proof:
Our goal is always a seamless fix—and most repairs are invisible during normal wear. But depending on what needs to be done, you might notice subtle variations:
If we anticipate a repair may leave a visible mark, we’ll let you know before we proceed.
Yes. Plating issues are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase for bright gold and palladium finishes.
If approved, we will issue a one-time replacement item. A valid receipt showing the purchase date is required. Replacement is limited to one time per item and is subject to style availability.
We do not offer re-plating or refinishing services.
Sorrelli jewelry is designed to outlast trends and everyday wear. With proper care, finishes typically last 2 to 5 years or longer, depending on wear and usage.
To help extend the life of your finish:
Bracelets may show wear sooner since they’re exposed to more daily activity. This is normal and part of how jewelry lives with you.
We’re no longer offering our Make-A-Mate service.
Over time, our production has shifted to focus exclusively on Bright Gold and Palladium finishes.
Most Make-A-Mate requests require recreating older or discontinued finishes and components that we no longer produce or stock. Because of this, we’re no longer able to reliably recreate single earrings that match past styles.
While we can’t remake individual matches, we’re always happy to help explore the best alternative solution for you.
If you’ve lost an earring or need guidance on replacement options, our customer care team is here to help.
Please reach out to repairs@sorrelli.com with a photo of your piece, along with your name and phone number, and we’ll review what options may be available.
If your piece doesn't fall under the categories above, we’re still happy to take a look. If we can fix it, we will, either for free or for a small fee, depending on what’s needed.
While every repair includes a light cleaning as needed, we also offer a deep professional clean for $15 if you'd like your piece looking its absolute best. Just let us know when you send it in.
This fee helps cover core costs, primarily return shipping and handling. Unlike many brands, we don’t outsource our repairs. Every piece is handled by our in-house artisan team, the same skilled makers who craft Sorrelli jewelry from the start.
As material and shipping costs continue to rise due to tariff and supply chain impacts, this adjustment allows us to maintain the level of craftsmanship, care, and quality our customers expect while keeping repairs accessible.
It’s a small fee that helps us continue doing repairs the right way.
