Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date*. Online returns must be mailed back to our office; we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our retail store in Kutztown, PA.
If you are returning an item for exchange please include your contact information as well as your credit card number, expiration date, and security code in the appropriate spaces of the return form on the back of your yellow invoice. For your protection we do not keep this information on file so we’re unable to add to your original transaction. Shipping charges for the new item will be added to your total.
