    All orders of $100 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States will ship for free via UPS SurePost. All U.S. orders under $100 will ship for a flat rate of $7.95 via UPS SurePost. Ground, 2-day and Overnight shipping options are available at their regular rates. Please note: orders shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories) are not eligible for free/flat rate shipping promotions.

    We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Orders received before 12 Noon EST will ship same day.

    Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. Our website will display a low inventory warning in your shopping cart. In the rare case that you did not receive a low inventory warning and any of your items are back-ordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.

    Returns for Refund

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Simply obtain a return authorization, and mail your item(s) to our office. Some exclusions apply.

    Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of our receipt. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.

    Purchases of certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. Each piece will specify whether or not it is final sale on any promotional materials and/or advertisements, and that returns are not accepted.
