Returns for Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Simply obtain a return authorization, and mail your item(s) to our office. Some exclusions apply.

Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of our receipt. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.

Purchases of certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. Each piece will specify whether or not it is final sale on any promotional materials and/or advertisements, and that returns are not accepted.

Sorrelli.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
