Sorrelli jewelry is handcrafted so there will be slight variations from piece to piece. These do not reflect product flaws, but instead make each piece unique. Should your jewelry become damaged due to defects in workmanship, the item will be repaired and if needed, replaced. Any instances of natural wear and tear will be billed accordingly. By treating your Sorrelli with the utmost care, you will be able to enjoy our jewelry for many years to come.
Please note, we will repair any item with our original brass tag.
All orders of $200 or more for delivery within the continental United States will ship for free via UPS SurePost. All U.S. orders under $200 will ship for a flat rate of $5 via UPS SurePost. Ground, 2-day and Overnight shipping options are available at their regular rates. Please note: orders shipping to destinations outside of the continential United States are not eligible for free/flat rate shipping promotions.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Orders received before 12 Noon EST will ship same day.
Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. Our website will display a low inventory warning in your shopping cart. In the rare case that you did not receive a low inventory warning and any of your items are back-ordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Simply obtain a return authorization, and mail your item(s) to our office. Some exclusions apply.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice included with your original purchase. To ensure faster processing of your return please include the completed form (and your return authorization) in the box with your return.
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of our receipt. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.
Purchases of certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. Each piece will specify whether or not it is final sale on any promotional materials and/or advertisements, and that returns are not accepted.
