The Story

Lisa Oswald is the creative force behind the Sorrelli brand. She is the founder, creative director, and co-owner of the company. Lisa was drawn to jewelry design by the lure of self-adornment. She started creating sparkly little baubles that made her feel beautiful when she wore them, and of course, she was hooked. She started her jewelry enterprise out of a loft in Brooklyn, where she made each piece by hand on her kitchen table.

Lisa eventually married and moved to Kutztown, Pennsylvania where she and her husband founded the Sorrelli jewelry design studio in 1983 and started a family.

Today, Sorrelli designs begin with Lisa and are transformed into beautiful pieces of vintage-inspired jewelry by a skilled team of artisans who handcraft each piece with a unique blend of semi-precious and synthetic cabochons, such as reconstructed turquoise, freshwater pearls, Amazonite, opals and tiger’s eye, as well as genuine Swarovski® crystals.

Our necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings are crafted in durable brass settings that are plated in bright gold-tone, bright silver-tone, antique gold-tone, antique silver-tone, or gunmetal finishes. They are available in a wide range of sophisticated crystal shapes, cuts and an amazing selection of colors.
