The Wholesale Sales Analyst is responsible for the sales, customer service and analytical support of the sales team for the entire wholesale channel of Sorrelli. The goal of this position is to support our in-region account executives in reaching and exceeding sales goals by providing friendly, warm customer service to existing customers, helping to prospect new potential accounts, as well as provide data analytics of product sell through and performance, customer trends, and trade show performance. This role may also involve some travel to key market locations (Dallas, Atlanta) for trade show support (<15%).
Address all customer service calls and emails in a timely manner, while working to resolve customer issues effectively
Prepare customer order proposals, analysis of sell through (via Excel), customer meeting agendas, communication content and materials, and follow up documentation for sales team
Analyze large sets of product assortments data (both sell-in and sell-through) to determine best selling assortments
Analyze large sets of data to identify top performing stores nationwide, seek out trends in regional growth
Actively sells to existing customers; identifies opportunities in these customers and supports them in increasing their annual sales through strategic planning and data-driven assortments
Suggest new ideas to improve customer service processes and documentation procedures
Engage in active prospecting of new accounts for assigned regions; researches, qualifies and disseminates details on these prospects to the sales team
Provide support for existing customers by assisting with selling opportunities, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
Thorough knowledge of all Sorrelli products including pricing, product features and key selling points
Assist with all details related to trade shows and the sales needs for those shows; logistics, samples, meeting sales goals
Help train and support fellow team members, as needed
Stay abreast of industry jewelry and retail market trends
Attend sales events, as needed

Bachelor or Associate Degree, or equivalent experience preferred
1 to 2 years experience in retail, sales and/or customer service
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical, data skills
Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility
Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through
Proficient in all Microsoft office programs, especially Excel, experience with Google Docs a plus
Ability to adapt to a changing environment; comfortable with change
The Assistant Store Manager will perform the daily operating functions of the store. This person will work with the Store Manager to implement and execute activities, processes and procedures that foster sustained growth and success at Sorrelli company stores. He/she will become an integral member of the team to support the goals of the company including but not limited to, exceptional sales, customer service, store operations, inventory controls and assist with employee management.
The Assistant Store Manager must be able to work a flexible schedule understanding that hours include weekends and increase during high traffic periods throughout the year.
Effectively manages and completes all operational functions of the Store ensuring consistency and compliance.
Provides and inspires outstanding customer service. Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs.
Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated transactions, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
Assists Store Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store. Helps to motivate and to inspire the team to achieve store productivity goals.
Utilizes company tools to diagnose opportunities and develops action plans to improve performance.
Assists Store Manager with staff orientation, training, coaching (in the moment and ongoing) and professional development.
Plans and executes routine team meetings.
Proactively seeks out networking and community service opportunities to drive traffic into the store.
Supports Store Manager with operational reporting and analytics when needed to analyze week to date, period to date, and year to date sales, and develop action plans to drive top line sales.
Aids Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, orienting and training to ensure store is appropriately staffed.
Assists Store Manager with the planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of in-store events.
Reports on ROI on promotions, advertising, special events and other initiatives.
Receives regular vendor deliveries and stocks sales floor in a timely manner.
Runs inventory management, initiates replenishment requests and coordinates receiving of inventory with headquarters and store staff.
Works with Store Manager to proactively solve issues that reduce the store's level of service, productivity and effectiveness.
Exercises judgment independently and in conjunction with the Store Manager to make decisions and solve problems.
Provides support to Store Manager with in-store merchandising. Plans, coordinates, and executes all Merchandise Calendar direction, campaigns, and sales promotions in a timely manner.
Ensures all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
Management of interns when applicable.
Additional activities as required within the Sorrelli organization.
1-3+ years retail experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) with ability to quickly learn other software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven relationship-builder. Ability to influence at all levels, as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies.
