The Assistant Store Manager will perform the daily operating functions of the store. This person will work with the Store Manager to implement and execute activities, processes and procedures that foster sustained growth and success at Sorrelli company stores. He/she will become an integral member of the team to support the goals of the company including but not limited to, exceptional sales, customer service, store operations, inventory controls and assist with employee management.
The Assistant Store Manager must be able to work a flexible schedule understanding that hours include weekends and increase during high traffic periods throughout the year.
Effectively manages and completes all operational functions of the Store ensuring consistency and compliance.
Provides and inspires outstanding customer service. Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs.
Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated transactions, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
Assists Store Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store. Helps to motivate and to inspire the team to achieve store productivity goals.
Utilizes company tools to diagnose opportunities and develops action plans to improve performance.
Assists Store Manager with staff orientation, training, coaching (in the moment and ongoing) and professional development.
Plans and executes routine team meetings.
Proactively seeks out networking and community service opportunities to drive traffic into the store.
Supports Store Manager with operational reporting and analytics when needed to analyze week to date, period to date, and year to date sales, and develop action plans to drive top line sales.
Aids Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, orienting and training to ensure store is appropriately staffed.
Assists Store Manager with the planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of in-store events.
Reports on ROI on promotions, advertising, special events and other initiatives.
Receives regular vendor deliveries and stocks sales floor in a timely manner.
Runs inventory management, initiates replenishment requests and coordinates receiving of inventory with headquarters and store staff.
Works with Store Manager to proactively solve issues that reduce the store's level of service, productivity and effectiveness.
Exercises judgment independently and in conjunction with the Store Manager to make decisions and solve problems.
Provides support to Store Manager with in-store merchandising. Plans, coordinates, and executes all Merchandise Calendar direction, campaigns, and sales promotions in a timely manner.
Ensures all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
Management of interns when applicable.
Additional activities as required within the Sorrelli organization.
1-3+ years retail experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) with ability to quickly learn other software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven relationship-builder. Ability to influence at all levels, as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies.

A Fulfillment and Distribution Specialist ensures the timely and accurate flow of product in and out of the warehouse by using both computerized and manual processes.
The specialist maximizes the company's order completion through intelligent allocation of inventory to pending sales orders. This role will follow orders from receipt through completion and shipment, ensuring accurate and timely product is delivered to Sorrelli's customers.
Success requires a sense of urgency and hustle.
Inventory Management: Receive product into stock, organize inventory, labeling/packaging
Order Fulfillment: Allocate inventory to orders in a timely manner, accurately and following standard protocols of documentation and invoicing
Confirm Accuracy: Check outgoing orders and documentation for completeness
Act as a team: Share responsibilities, perform tasks as needed and take initiative to drive success towards daily goals and department objectives
Always improve: Constantly look for opportunities to advance your skills, improve department processes, and better the end-consumers' brand experience
Must be at least 18 years old, and must be able to provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
Must be able to read and take directions in English
Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; must learn and become proficient in Sorrelli's corporate software suite
Must be able to lift objects up to 49 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
