    Wholesale Sales Specialist - Customer Service

    The Wholesale Sales Specialist is responsible for the sales, customer service and administrative support of the sales team for the entire wholesale channel of Sorrelli. The success of this position is in reaching and exceeding sales goals through providing superior customer service, support and selling to external customers and new prospective customers. The WS Sales Specialist will achieve these objectives by implementing plans to strengthen selling efforts, achieve account sales and profitability goals by working with the Wholesale Sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively sells to existing customers; identifies opportunities in these customers and supports them in increasing their annual sales through strategic planning and data-driven assortments
    • Thorough knowledge of all Sorrelli products including pricing, product features and key selling points
    • Address all customer service calls and emails in a timely manner, while working to resolve customer issues effectively
    • Make thoughtful, smart decisions on the fly with Sorrelli values at top of mind to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Address any unresolved customer issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Suggest new ideas to constantly improve upon customer service processes and documentation procedures
    • Engage in active prospecting of new accounts for assigned region; researches, qualifies and disseminates details on these prospects to the sales team
    • Prepare customer order proposals, analysis of sell through, customer meeting agendas, communication content and materials,and follow up documentation for sales team
    • Provide support for existing customers by assisting with selling opportunities, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
    • Assist with all details related to trade shows and the sales needs for those shows; logistics, samples, meeting sales goals
    • Help train and support fellow team members, as needed
    • Stay abreast of industry jewelry and retail market trends
    • Attend sales events, as needed
    • Additional responsibilities, as assigned

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Associates degree required
    • 1 to 2 years experience in retail, sales and/or customer service
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Self-starter and independent thinker
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills enabling ability to work effectively in groups
    • Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility
    • Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment; comfortable with change
    • Proficient in all Microsoft office programs,especially Excel and experience with Google Docs a plus
    • Travel required

  • Sales Inventory Planner

    Sales Inventory Planner

    The Sales Inventory Planner is responsible for maximizing sales and developing sound merchandise plans that support growth for all of Sorrelli. The success in this position is in ensuring financial success for all divisions of business (Retail, Wholesale Independents and Nationals) by meeting or exceeding sales, gross margin and inventory turn goals. The Sales Inventory Planner will work closely with the Sales Planning and National Accounts Manager, COO and Director of Sales in developing, executing and communicating strategic merchandise plans that support the financial objectives of Sorrelli as a whole.

    Responsibilities

    • Formulate guidelines for style and customer choices based on business analysis
    • Monitor and evaluate sales of current styles on a weekly basis for successful inventory management by channel
    • Manage inventory levels needed to support the rate of sale taking into account sell- through percent, on hand inventory and planned product life span
    • Develop markdown and exit strategies for merchandise in each division, based on sell-through and lifecycle. This includes insight into promotions, hard marks and slow selling discounts
    • Create style level plans for channels, based on current forecasts, historic trends and test information for key items and volume drivers
    • Conduct color/collection level planning based on inventory needs to support sales, presentation, sell-through targets and historical trend
    • Stay abreast of industry jewelry and retail market trends
    • Balance on hand and on order inventory across all channels of business
    • Work with each sales channel to accomplish common goals for the overall merchandising and inventory control of each division and, in turn, the entire organization
    • Additional responsibilities, as required

    Job Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years experience in inventory and merchandise planning
    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Finance or related field required
    • Expert command of retail math concepts and applications
    • Excellent analytical and statistical skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) with ability to quickly learn other software
    • Strong interpersonal skills enabling ability to work effectively in groups
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to think creatively and react with flexibility
    • Ability to multi-task; possesses excellent time management skills

    Part-Time Sales Associate

    Sorrelli is a fashion jewelry design company celebrating thirty years of business. The Sorrelli Retail Team strives to offer each and every customer the highest level of service, respect, quality, and a second to none product offering. The ideal Sales Associate will be a self-motivated person. Their primary responsibility will be to sell Sorrelli jewelry in order to achieve personal and organizational sales goals and provide the ultimate Sorrelli experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
    • Assist customers in selecting jewelry for their desired look
    • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude
    • Establish relationships with customers through personal greetings and clienteling activities
    • Stay up to date on current trends and product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer
    • Perform daily tasks including inventory maintenance, merchandising, markdowns and light cleaning
    • Maintain the aesthetic of the store by completing daily tasks
