    Inventory Planning and National Accounts Analyst

    The Inventory Planning and National Accounts Analyst is a hybrid role that is responsible for two primary needs of the Sorrelli organization.

    As the Inventory Planning Analyst, this role is responsible for maximizing sales and developing sound inventory and replen plans that support growth for the Sorrelli DTC channels and B2B channels. The success in this position is in ensuring growth through reducing stock outs for all divisions of business (Retail, Wholesale Independents and Nationals) by meeting or exceeding sales, gross margin and inventory turn goals. The Inventory Planning Analyst will work closely with the CEO in developing, executing and communicating strategic inventory plans and sales forecasts that support the financial objectives of Sorrelli as a whole.

    As the National Accounts Analyst, this role is responsible for the sales and operational support of the National Accounts of Sorrelli. The success in this position is in reaching and exceeding sales and margin goals for all National Accounts including Amazon.com, department stores, and private label. The National Accounts Analyst will work closely with the Brand Director in developing, executing and communicating strategic merchandise plans that support the financial objectives of the National Accounts channel.

    Responsibilities – Inventory Planning Anaylst

    • Review of the sales : stock ratio across each sales channel (specialty stores, nationals, B&M, .com), by collection
    • Review sell through reports to understand key styles with fast turn across all channels, coach sales channel leads on seasonal inventory strategy
    • Work with sales channel leads on assortments and initial inventory buys for new product launches
    • Approve replen buys for DTC channels, based on sales trends and forecasts to reduce stock-outs
    • Analyze best selling styles across channels
    • Work with sales channel leads to develop markdown and exit strategies for merchandise in each division, based on sell-through and lifecycle. This includes insight into promotions, hard marks and slow selling discounts
    • Work with production partner to submit and expedite stock orders for best selling items
    • Manage the sales of aged goods
    • Help to create new product assortments based on best sellers across all channels
    • Create and iterate on processes to reduce stock-outs
    • Create sales > design feedback loop to ensure designers are aware of fast-turning product to infuse trend into new designs

    Responsibilities – National Accounts Anaylst

    • Develops and executes financial plans consisting of sales, inventory, receipts, gross margin, and ROI for National Accounts
    • Oversees assortment building, order writing and distribution of product for National Accounts
    • Develops SKU level sales, inventory plans and forecasts for each National Account
    • Manages replenishment for all specified product, including monitoring and adjusting variables (stock balancing, return-to-vendor projects and ideal inventory levels for account doors) to meet customer needs and inventory productivity
    • Identifies risks and opportunities by classification and sku for National Accounts and develop strategies that optimize sales
    • Oversees the organization and execution of details associated with market presentations and major account meetings
    • Works closely with operations team to ensure National Accounts product needs are well communicated and executed appropriately
    • Identifies and determines reporting needs for National Accounts and works with IT/Development to implement appropriate solutions to deliver necessary information

    Job Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in buying, planning, inventory management, or sales, preferably in retail
    • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or related field required
    • Expert command of retail math concepts and applications
    • Excellent analytical and statistical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
    • Strong interpersonal skills enabling ability to work effectively in groups

  • Assortment Analyst

    Assortment Analyst

    The Assortment Analyst is responsible for the administrative tasks related to bringing our jewelry product to market. This role reports into our COO, but is the primary liaison between our manufacturing and procurement teams, and our internal jewelry design teams. This highly organized person must be detail-oriented and incredibly organized, the role involves creating SKUs, analyzing assortments to determine next season’s styles, reviewing pricing, documenting all new designs, cataloging design changes, and ensuring that the jewelry design team stays on top of key go-to-market deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    • Systematically scan all new designs for upcoming collections
    • Clearly communicate design changes with overseas factory
    • Create new SKUs
    • Track product assortments and ongoing changes in Excel
    • Work with Design and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of samples
    • Analyze best selling styles to create assortments for future seasons
    • Stays abreast of industry jewelry and retail market trends

    Retail Keyholder

    The Retail Keyholder is responsible for performing the daily operating functions of the Sorrelli Stores. The success in this position is in providing support in exceptional sales, customer service, store operations, inventory control and employee support, all allowing Sorrelli Retail locations to reach and exceed sales goals. The Retail Keyholder will work closely with Retail Management in implementing and executing selling activities, operating processes and procedures that foster sustained growth and success in Sorrelli Stores.
