Returns & Exchanges
Returns for Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Online returns must be mailed back to our office; we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our retail store in Kutztown, PA. Some exclusions apply.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the yellow invoice included with your original purchase. To ensure faster processing of your return please include the completed form in the box with your return.
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 days of our receipt. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.
Purchases of certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. If this exception is exercised, it will be clearly stated on any promotional materials and/or advertisements that the sale is considered final, and that returns are not accepted. Our Lifetime Guarantee will still apply to these items.
If you are returning an item for exchange please include your contact information as well as your credit card number, expiration date, and security code in the appropriate spaces of the return form on the back of your yellow invoice. For your protection we do not keep this information on file so we’re unable to add to your original transaction. Shipping charges for the new item will be added to your total.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased for 30% or more off their original price cannot be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund. Of course, the Sorrelli Lifetime Guarantee still applies to these items.
Buy One Get One (BOGO) Return Policy
All BOGO sales are final; items purchased as part of a BOGO sale cannot be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund. Of course, the Sorrelli Lifetime Guarantee still applies to these items.
