Our Promise to You

If at any point your Sorrelli pieces need repair, please send them back to our office, we will be glad to repair normal wear-and-tear at no cost to you.

This lifetime guarantee applies to all Sorrelli jewelry, regardless of where the item was purchased. We accept repairs from independent boutiques, department stores, as well as website orders. Please understand, we cannot reimburse customers for the initial shipping costs from your home to Sorrelli, but we will gladly ship the repaired, good-as-new piece from our headquarters to your residence.

Please download, complete, and include our Repair Form*, in a well-padded box, with the piece that you are returning. Mail to:

Note: Repairs & any special requests may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to be returned. To check the status of a repair, call 1-800-876-7735 & ask for the repair department, or email repairs@sorrelli.com.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Online returns must be mailed back to our office, we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our retail store in Pennsylvania. A special return policy applies for Buy 1 Get 1 transactions, please see below for our Buy 1 Get 1 Return Policy. Please fill out the return form on the back of the yellow invoice included with your original purchase. Include this completed form in the box with your recently purchased piece, stating your reasons for return and desired exchanges. Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 days. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.

If you are exchanging your item for a new item, please include your contact information as well as your credit card number, expiration date and security code. We do not keep this information on file for your protection. The reason we need your credit card information is because a refund will be issued for the price of the returned piece(s) to the original form of payment and the items requested for exchange will be issued as a new order and a new charge.

Note: Please use a method of shipping that you can track as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive. If you have questions regarding any of our policies, please contact a Sorrelli representative at 1-800-876-7735.

Buy One Get One Return policy

In the event that a full priced item originally part of a Sorrelli Buy One Get One Half Off Sale is returned, the Buy One Get One Half Off Sale will become null.

The second piece originally purchased at half price will be re-invoiced to the customer for the full priced amount. Thus, any refunds issued by Sorrelli for full priced merchandise may be refunded less the original cost of the half priced item.
