Returns & Exchanges
Returns for Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Online returns must be mailed back to our office; we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our retail stores in Kutztown, PA and Montclair, NJ. Some exclusionsapply.

Please fill out the return form on the back of the yellow invoice included with your original purchase. To ensure faster processing of your return please include the completed form in the box with your return.
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 days of our receipt. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs.
Purchases of certain sale and promotional items cannot be returned. If this exception is exercised, it will be clearly stated on any promotional materials and/or advertisements that the sale is considered final, and that returns are not accepted.
If you are returning an item for exchange please include your full name, phone number, shipping address and email. We will be in touch with you to expedite your exchange. Please note, shipping charges apply to exchanged item and will be added to the final total.

All BOGO sales are final; items purchased as part of a BOGO sale cannot be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund.
