For orders placed through sorrelli.com we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you would like to use your Discover card please call us at 1-800-876-9544 to place your order.

Your entire purchase is charged to your card when your order is submitted.

Bling Bucks

Occasionally, we offer “Bling Bucks“—special rewards coupons—to our customers who participate in certain promotions or purchase featured products. Bling Bucks certificates are included with your order when it ships from our office. Unless printed terms and conditions state otherwise, Bling Bucks:

• Are valid only on sorrelli.com
• Have an expiration date
• Can be used to purchase sale items
• Require a minimum purchase (e.g., $25 Bling Bucks off your $100 purchase = final purchase price is $75)
• Cannot be applied to tax and shipping costs

Shipping Times

We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday with the exception of major holidays. Orders received before 12 Noon EST will ship same day.

Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. Our website will, in most cases, display a low inventory warning in your shopping cart. In the rare case that you did not receive a low inventory warning and any of your items are back-ordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Methods

Once your order leaves our building, the shipping method you chose during checkout determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

Items shipping via UPS Ground usually arrive within 1–6 business days. Unfortunately, no guarantee of delivery time is offered by UPS.

The following UPS shipping methods are available; please select your preferred method during the checkout process:

• UPS Ground
• UPS Second Day (2nd business day delivery)
• UPS Overnight (next business day delivery)

International Shipping

We do ship to locations outside the United States. Please note that international orders will be charged a flat rate of $29.

Tracking Your Shipment

If you do not receive a tracking number at the e-mail address with which you registered your sorrelli.com account, please contact us with your order details and we will gladly assist you in locating your UPS tracking number.

Free Shipping on Orders of $150+

All orders of $150 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included) will ship for free via UPS Ground. 2-day and overnight shipping options are available at their regular rates. Free UPS Ground shipping not available on orders bound for addresses outside the contiguous U.S.
