If at any point your Sorrelli pieces* need repair, please send them back to our office, we will be glad to repair normal wear-and-tear and manufacturing defects at no cost to you.
Please understand, we cannot reimburse customers for the initial shipping costs from your home to Sorrelli, but we will gladly ship the repaired, good-as-new piece from our headquarters to your residence.
* Bella Lia and Fresh Flowers products are not covered by this Lifetime Guarantee.
